Organize PDF lets you rearrange the pages of your PDFs, for free, right in your browser. Drag pages into a new order, turn them and delete them, even across several files, then save one new PDF.
How to organize a PDF
- 1Choose one or more PDFs, or drop them onto the box. Every page of every file appears as a preview.
- 2Drag the pages into the order you want. On a touch screen, press and hold a page, then drag it.
- 3Use the buttons on a page to turn it or delete it.
- 4Click Save PDF and download the new file.
Every page, in your order
Organize shows all your pages side by side, like cards on a table. Drag one to move it; the others make room as you go, and the list scrolls when you reach the top or bottom. With the keyboard, select a page and press Alt with the arrow keys. Hover over a page (or look at its corner on a phone) to turn it to the right or delete it.
Add several PDFs and their pages appear one after another, each labelled with its file name and page number, so you can mix pages from different files into one document.
The pages themselves don't change
Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable and pictures keep their quality. Only their order, direction and which ones are included change.
Common uses: putting scanned pages back in the right order, moving an appendix to the end, combining pages from several reports, or tidying a merged PDF before sending it.
