These terms govern your use of UtilityDone (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are part of these terms.

UtilityDone is a collection of online tools. Some tools and features are free, and others require a paid plan or credits. Free use may have reasonable limits, such as on file size or volume. We may add, change, or retire tools and features over time.

You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Service to break any law or to infringe anyone's rights;
• process content that you have no right to use;
• disrupt, overload, or damage the Service, or bypass any usage limit;
• copy, resell, or mirror the Service, or scrape it to build a competing service;
• upload malware or use the Service to send spam.

We may restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

You keep all rights to the content you use with the Service and to the results you create. When a tool processes content on our servers, we use it only to produce your result.

We work to make our tools accurate, but results, including AI-generated output, can contain errors. Check results before relying on them for important decisions. Nothing produced by the Service is professional advice.

The Service's software, design, text, and the UtilityDone name belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you.

• Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you buy. Taxes may apply at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we change a price, we will tell you before your next renewal. The new price applies only from that renewal onward.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind and don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

• The Service may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
• If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, email howtosimple97@gmail.com with the details and we will look into it.
• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
