• Content you use in our tools. Many tools work entirely in your browser, so the text and files you use with them stay on your device. When a tool needs to process content on our servers, we use it only to produce your result.
• Technical data. Like any website, our servers receive standard information when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Usage statistics. We look at anonymous, aggregated numbers, such as page views, to understand which pages and tools are useful. They don't identify you.
• Messages. If you contact us, we receive your email address and your message.
• Account and purchase details. If you create an account or buy a plan, we process the details needed to provide it, such as your email address and order history. We never see or store your full card number.

We use personal data only to:

• provide, maintain, and secure the website and tools;
• understand how the site is used, so we can improve it;
• reply to your messages and handle your requests;
• provide plans and purchases you choose, including billing;
• meet legal obligations.

We don't sell or rent personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train AI models.

UtilityDone is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit what we collect and who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the data we hold.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
