• Bug reports: the tool's page link, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen. Please don't send private documents. A short sample that shows the problem is enough.
• Tool requests: what you're trying to get done. The problem is often more useful to us than a feature list.
• Privacy requests: use the subject line "Privacy request". We reply within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Billing: include your order number and the email address you paid with.

If you find a security vulnerability, please email us with the subject "Security" before disclosing it publicly. We'll respond quickly and credit you if you'd like.
