How to use the PDF tools
- 1Pick a tool from the tabs above: Merge, Split, Rotate, Delete pages or Organize.
- 2Choose your PDF files, or drop them onto the box. Every page appears as a small preview.
- 3Make your changes: drag files or pages into order, click pages to turn or delete them, or type the page ranges you want.
- 4Click the button at the bottom and download your new PDF (or a ZIP, when a split makes several files).
Five PDF tools, one place
Merge PDF combines several files into one, in the order you choose. Split PDF does the opposite: every page as its own file, the page ranges you type, or a new file every few pages. Rotate PDF turns sideways or upside-down pages the right way up, one page at a time or all at once. Delete PDF Pages removes the pages you don't need. Organize PDF does all of it in one view: drag pages into a new order, turn them and remove them, even across several files.
Your files stay open when you switch tabs, so you can merge a few PDFs, then move to Organize and tidy up the pages of the result before you download it.
Nothing is lost along the way
The tools copy your pages exactly as they are. Text stays sharp and selectable, links and fonts are kept, and pictures aren't re-compressed, so the new PDF looks just like the old one. Only the pages change: their order, their direction, or which ones are included.
PDFs that are locked against editing (but open without a password) are unlocked automatically so their pages can be used. Files that need a password to open can't be edited.

Are the PDF tools free?
Yes. Merging, splitting, rotating, deleting and reordering pages are all free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Will the quality of my PDF change?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, pictures and fonts look exactly the same. Only the order, direction or choice of pages changes.
Can I use these tools on my phone?
Yes. They work in mobile browsers. To move a page on a touch screen, press and hold it for a moment, then drag it.
Why can't I open my PDF?
Either the file is damaged, or it needs a password to open. PDFs that only block editing are unlocked automatically; PDFs that need a password to open can't be edited here.
Is there a file size limit?
Each file can be up to 1 GB, and you can add as many files as you like in Merge and Organize.
